Ένα εστιατόριο με εξαιρετική αισθητική που σας περιμένει να απολαύσετε το γεύμα σας μέσα στη ζεστή του ατμόσφαιρα. Η διακόσμηση του χώρου καταφέρνει να είναι ταυτόχρονα λιτή και ζεστή, ενώ η προσεγμένη εμφάνιση δε σταματάει εκεί. Κάθε πιάτο που θα φτάσει στο τραπέζι σας θα σας αφήσει άφωνους με την εντυπωσιακή του παρουσίαση. Κι ενώ είναι πιθανό κάποια πιάτα να είναι περισσότερο εντυπωσιακά από κάποια άλλα, να είστε σίγουροι πως θα είναι όλα τους το ίδιο νόστιμα. Δοκιμάστε και τις "εκπλήξεις" που έχει να προσφέρει το μενού εκεί.

The best Scandinavian food I have ever had. It is definitely up there with Noma, Geranium, and Relae. Try their tasting menu and you may be lucky enough to try their yogurt covered in volcanic ash.

Είστε σε μία διαρκή αναζήτηση για νέες γεύσεις; Είστε τολμηροί και το άγνωστο δε σας φοβίζει; Σας αρέσουν τα παράξενα και ιδιαίτερα πράγματα; Αν η απάντηση στις παραπάνω ερωτήσεις είναι καταφατική, τότε αυτό το εστιατόριο είναι ο κατάλληλος προορισμός για εσάς. Σε αυτό το μέρος, οι γεύσεις της Σκανδιναβικής κουζίνας σερβίρονται με μια παραλλαγή και... αλλάζουν μορφή! Στο Geranium η μοριακή κουζίνα έχει την τιμητική της και το εστιατόριο είναι βραβευμένο με αστέρι Michelin.

Μια ακόμη εναλλακτική πρόταση στην Σκανδιναβική κουζίνα, έρχεται από αυτό το εστιατόριο. Η μοντέρνα διακόσμησή του συμβαδίζει και με την εμφάνιση των πιάτων που θα δοκιμάσετε εκεί. Η ατμόσφαιρα του χώρου θα σας κερδίσει και θα σας κάνει να νιώσετε άνετα, όσο απολαμβάνετε το φαγητό σας. Στο μενού θα βρείτε και γευστικές χορτοφαγικές προτάσεις, ενώ η φιλοσοφία του μαγαζιού είναι να δημιουργούνται πιάτα με τα υλικά που υπάρχουν στην κουζίνα. Ταυτόχρονα, επιδιώκουν να χρησιμοποιούνται ξανά όσα υλικά είναι σε καλή κατάσταση και που σε ένα άλλο εστιατόριο θα κατέληγαν απευθείας στα σκουπίδια, χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

If you can't get to noma, take a water bus to amass! If you haven't reserved the last seating however, you will be rushed through your courses and wine and may end up drinking coffee in the garden...

Ό,τι κι αν επιλέξετε να δοκιμάσετε από το μενού, κατά πάσα πιθανότητα θα είναι γευστικό και χορταστικό. Ένας ακόμη χώρος με ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα που σας περιμένει να δοκιμάσετε τις γεύσεις που προσφέρει. Κι εδώ η παρουσίαση των πιάτων είναι μάλλον αντισυμβατική, όμως αυτό δεν επηρεάζει καθόλου τη νοστιμιά του κάθε πιάτου. Όσο είστε εκεί, μη διστάσετε να συνδυάσετε το γεύμα σας με ένα κοκτέιλ που σερβίρει το μπαρ του εστιατορίου ή με κάποιο άλλο ποτό της αρεσκείας σας.
