This is where the Parisians go on a beautiful day. Bring a picknick and have it on one of the lawns with students from Sorbonne and other locals.
The Jardin du Luxembourg, or the Luxembourg Gardens, is the second largest public park in Paris.
This beautiful garden should not be missed. Come here for a bit of relaxation and some sightseeing as well. The original Statue of Liberty is here, as well as a number of wonderful fountains.
Take a chair Near a fountain and just relax ;)
Did you know? There is an original model of the Statue of Liberty in Paris' Jardin du Luxembourg. The statue has been in the park since 1906!
My dream: live in Paris and read novels by Zola all day in Jardin du Luxembourg.

Apparently the Eiffel Tower grows in summer! Made of iron, it expands with heat & can get more than 15 cm taller.
The Eiffel Tower - amazing up close, perhaps even better from afar!
Welcome to Paris! Did you know that the Eiffel Tower is also referred to as the Iron Lady by the French?

view from the top of the museum is one of my favorite! there is also a nice restaurant there. if you enjoy modern art and architecture (you do, right?), then you'll love this place.

The Pompidou Center hosts the largest museum for modern art in all of Europe. Try the entrance located at the back for a quicker entrance into the National Museum of Modern Art!
An incredible piece of modern architecture, co designed by Richard Rogers, the architect behind the iconic inside out Lloyd's building in London.
good place for modern art
When James Bond is being shown around Drax's spacecraft manufacturing facility in Moonraker (1979), Holly Goodhead's office is in fact in the Centre Pompidou.
Awesome bookstore, great coffe place & restaurant, but mainly, some of the best exhibitions in Europe! Make sure you also check the balconies which offer the best panoramic view in Paris!
Il y a sensiblement plus de monde quand le temps est moins bon, et cette tendance est encore plus forte pendant les vacances scolaires.

Amazing !!!
Have been told that highest point in Paris center, late night view are relaxing sitting and watching whole Paris !!
The line takes a long time. Bell tower was closed when we were there. I'm sure it's better when it's open, but there are other places you can go in Paris for a panoramic view that are faster.
Beautiful views surrounded by amazing architecture and the infamous gargoyles!
An absolutely stunning view of Paris. Go there on weekday afternoons to avoid long queues.
Free entry first sunday from october till march
No lift!! But gargoyles are really great to see.
